Coaching and feedback are two highly effective methods of driving productivity, growth, and results. But many managers don’t understand when one might be more effective than the other. This course explores the differences between the two, including practice activities to foster and sustain an environment that encourages continual learning, personal growth, and success.

Dr. Susy Best
Dr. Susy Francis Best’s passion is providing leaders and businesses the tools and skillsets necessary to maintain an agile way of learning, growing, and adapting to what is needed to achieve their mission, vision, and goals. Susy is a clinical psychologist and is the founder and president of Thrive Group International, which provides coaching and consulting aimed at improving productivity, talent acquisition, workforce transitions, and diversity. Susy served as President and CEO of Cornerstone Counseling Center for 11 years. Most recently, she was with Allstate Insurance in HR and DEI.
