The total cost of the program is $1,750. This program is supported by limited scholarships from the Charmm'd Foundation Scholarship endowment. The 2025 scholarships have been awarded.

Peer Advisory Groups will take place on April 16, May 21, June 18, and July 23rd. 

Faculty Highlight - Jenea Smith 

Jenea has designed and facilitated global e-learning solutions for thousands of clients. With a background in both leadership development and the sciences, she is able to apply a multidisciplinary, broad-based approach to organizational issues using a variety of analytical and creative strategies. Jenea has worked with many influential leaders and is informed by both her own experiences and professional academic pursuits.
 
Jenea is an instructional designer at Country Financial, Jenea conducts in-depth job task analyses and needs assessments to identify business goals and determine training solutions. For nearly 20 years, Jenea held various positions at OneMain Financial.
