LEARNING OBJECTIVES: |
Constructive disagreement can be a good thing when multiple viewpoints lead to stronger goals and perspective. Destructive conflict, however, can be damaging to an organization’s growth and future. This session will focus on equipping individuals with tools and techniques for managing conflict in a way that fosters productive relationships, collaboration, and decision-making.
