This was instilled by his significant industrial distribution experience, where it is imperative to reinvent business value continually.

Gary recently retired as CEO of Align Aerospace, a global hardware distributor and supply chain services provider. Previously he was EVP for Anixter Inc., where he managed large complex customer contracts and integrated supply deals.
