MANAGING CRISIS WITH CONFIDENCE: THREE SESSION LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Are your leaders prepared to guide their teams through any crisis with confidence? Resilient Leadership: Navigating Crisis and Ensuring Wellbeing is a new program from Lake Forest Center for Leadership and PAX GROUP. It’s designed for leaders at all levels who aspire to be proactive in managing crises, whether global, local, or individual. The program focuses on developing awareness of personal reactions to crises and how to prioritize their team’s wellbeing and cultivate resilience. 

This development opportunity will equip leaders with tips and tools to lead with composure, clarity, and resilience during challenging times. 

 

 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES 

SESSION ONE: Risk Preparation: Crisis Management Strategies

  • Understand the crucial steps leaders need to take before, during, and after a crisis.
  • Acquire techniques to proactively address challenges before they escalate.
  • Gain insights into effective crisis communication and decision-making during high-pressure situations.

SESSION TWO: Leader’s Wellbeing: Neuroleadership

  • Understanding neuroleadership and the central role of the brain in emotionally intelligent leadership, including self-awareness, other awareness, decision-making, and influencing.
  • Learn tips and tools to help others and understand how a healthy, balanced leader positively influences team dynamics.
  • Understand how the position and dynamics of leadership can impact how leaders seek the emotional support that they also need.

SESSION THREE: Personal Resilience: Leveraging Your Story To Overcome Challenges

  • Uncover key traits of your personal story to define your resilient characteristics as a leader.
  • Develop practical strategies to uncover and foster resilience in the mindset of your team members. 
  • Formulate a winning mindset of the team by leveraging those challenges to build closer bonds.
